Joining is completely free and no credit card payment is needed. We also do not ask for any minimum number of clients, so you can start with just 1 client too. We will set up your account and give you the backend access to your reseller account.
2) Sign-Up your client at your end.
Your clients cannot sign-up on our website directly. Hence you need to get your client signed up on your website.
3) Send us your client’s details
We will need your client’s Name, email, phone and website url on which our chat service is going to be added. We will set up your client’s account on our end and share its login password with you.
4) Add FAQs for your client
Next, you can add FAQs for your client either through your reseller dashboard, or ask your client to add it themselves using their Dashboard.
5) Tell us when you are ready
Once you are ready to start, intimate us. We will complete our professional chat agents training within just 24 to 48 hours and give you a go-ahead to put the chat code in your client’s site.

Helpdesk247’s Responsibility
1) We will be responsible for providing the chat software, chat agents, 24×7 presence on chat widget, infrastructure, CRM softwares and lead delivery methods.
2) Our service related FAQs are covered under https://www.helpdesk247.com/faqs/ and will remain the same for your clients as well.
3) Our Acceptable User Policy is defined at https://www.helpdesk247.com/privacy/ and will be binding on you / your client accounts too.
Reseller’s Responsibility
1) All payment for your client account will be billed to you, and will be automatically charged by our payment gateway.
2) There’ll be a separate payment profile for every client which will help us do the cancellation if a client wants to terminate the service.
3) Payment will be charged at the beginning of the service period and will recur every 30 days until cancelled.
4) There will be no refunds either in full or on pro-rata basis for any client.
5) Cancellation of an account should be done atleast 3 days before the beginning of the next billing cycle.
6) If the recurring billing fails, we will intimate you immedaitely and such accounts should be settled within 3 days failing which the client account associated with that billing profile will be suspended and subsequently deleted.
Support
You will be the point of support contact for your clients. HelpDesk247 will not provide direct customer support to your clients.
Service/support related issues should be sent to us by you. You will be our single point of contact for all clients.
